How do I book you for a therapy session?

I am not currently accepting new clients.

Virtual Therapy

I am currently providing virtual therapy to clients across Ontario. I use the encrypted Jane application for virtual sessions.

Send me an email and book a free 20-minute consultation where we will meet, see if we are a good fit, and then we'll book your first session!

In-Person Therapy

I am permanently located in Kingston, Ontario. I have an optional in-person office available downtown Kingston, ON.

I offer a sliding scale/low-fee therapy for a limited number of clients.
